Online Gambling law 'untested'

There is an interesting article in The Daily Times, of Maryville, Tn ( you can read the full article HERE.

The part of the article that got me thinking was:

"``I would imagine the argument that it is not illegal would be based on the fact that the bet is actually placed in a jurisdiction where gambling is legal,'' Young said. ``Until it is tested in court, no one can say for certain that it's legal or that it's against the law.''"

Will they attempt to restrict resident's of states where Gambling is 'Not Legal' from going to states where is is?

Is that so different than a web browser visiting some place where Gambling IS legal?

interesting argument....
